Kisha is the founder and president of Events of Joy, an event planning company that specializes in creating impactful live and virtual events that align with their clients' missions. She is also the visionary behind the Women in Business Summit (WIB Summit), which will celebrate its 19th year in 2024. The WIB Summit aims to cultivate a robust community of female entrepreneurs by offering quality programming and resources that inspire and promote opportunities for equity. The event attracts a diverse group of women, including entrepreneurs and individual contributors to organizations seeking to transform their lives through learning, inspiration, and meaningful connections with fellow women leaders.
